If you are one of the 1400+ singers that have graced the stage with Hartford Chorale over the years, join us for a special alumni reunion and sing-in of favorite ‘choral hits’ selected from the Chorale’s vast and impressive history. Meet us at St. James’s on the morning of 19th to join in the fun!

Come back that evening, dressed up and ready to continue the celebration of Hartford Chorale Day with a fabulous event you can share with family and fans.

Hartford Chorale Celebrates Fifty Years!

Hartford Chorale will present a 50th Anniversary Concert with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, showcasing the sound of the Chorale with a selection of great choral works and featuring the premiere of the anniversary’s commissioned work Alive Poems: Stories of our American Heritage by Scott Perkins.

Beethoven IX

The Beethoven Ninth is the world’s best-known symphony for good reason, and three performances of this masterpiece with the Hartford Symphony provide a thrilling and fitting finale to the Chorale’s 50th anniversary season. As we all celebrate a return to live performances, “Freude” – “Joy” takes us to new heights in the embrace of great choral symphonic music
