Presenting high quality performances of great choral music year after year is costly, and only a small portion of our annual budget is funded by ticket sales.  Harford Chorale, a nonprofit arts organization, relies on the encouragement and support of music lovers like you to sustain the high level of our performances, broadcasts and educational programming.

Your tax-deductible gift of any size is an endorsement of the vital role Hartford Chorale and the arts play in our community.  Help us keep vibrant chorale music alive, sharing its joy, power and unique beauty through our performances.

Ticket revenues only cover up to 30% of the costs of a concert, such as instrumentalists, vocal soloists, production, and venue rental.  Gifts to our Annual Fund are essential to our performances.

We welcome Sustaining Members who may choose to spread their giving over a 12-month period.  Monthly donations are automatically deducted from your credit card or checking account, and a single annual statement summarizing your contributions will be sent for tax purposes.  To become a Sustaining Member, simply select “Monthly” for “Donation Frequency” on the Donate Today page and enter the amount of your monthly gift.

Increase your donation to Hartford Chorale while encouraging your employer’s philanthropic interests! Many local companies offer matching gift programs as a way of encouraging charitable giving among their employees. These programs typically match charitable donations made by employees, or may offer employee-designated donation programs.
